TES5: Where does fAlchemyGoldMult fit in the recipe formula?

Where does fAlchemyGoldMult fit in the recipe formula?

 

Skyrim has this at 1.0. Enderal has this at 0.1.

I'll test when I get back home in a few hours, but I'm sure this is either :

 - A coeff to influence the value of user-created potions.

 - A coeff that influence the amount of xp earned for creating a potion (the amount of xp is tied to the potion's value).

 

I'm pretty sure it's the second.
