Dwemer Trap Thresher Auto Start Spin

Does anyone know how to get the TrapDweThresher to automatically spin up when the cell is loaded and stay on WITHOUT triggerzones or pressure plates or valves or anything?

 

I've tried all the different keywords in the script properties and modifying a custom script for it and what not without any luck.

The thresher will be initially disabled.

 

So, any ideas?
