A favor from anyone who is willing. Could the fireplace part of this mesh be isolated out so it can be used as a standalone part? Basically to strip away all of the floor, wall, and ceiling bits along with the excess collision.

I found a resource like that but the permissions are something I consider unreasonable and the author is unwilling to budge.

Here it is. Beware, I still don't know how to deal with collision blocks. So, this mesh doesn't have any but this will probably allow you to achieve statics placements while waiting another subcontractor.

Got rid of unnecessary geometry, optimized geometry, slightly expanded the chimney upside.

Recently I experimented a lot with collisions.
Will try to add collisions to this mesh.

EDIT

Please give me name of the original mesh.

The entire mesh is made from scratch.

Collisions ar now almost the same as in the original, only better. :woot:

I added a separate collisions for wood with the corresponding havok material definitions. (SKY_HAV_MAT_WOOD)

Two version with more accurate collisions no separate collisions for wood part and with separate wood collisions.

I have not tested in game or CK. It will work on 99.9999999999999999999999999999999 percent.

EDIT

I almost forgot the bill comes mail at the end of the month. :troll:

The green lines are collisions

Collision is good, you just forgot to add the BSX flags :P

I fixed that part on the copy I downloaded since that can be done in NIfskope.

Thank you for this, very much appreciated. How do you want to be credited when it's used in a mod?
