garthand
I know, I know. This has been looked at to death already. I recently replicated this bug, which it looks like Arth and Pete looked into and were unable to replicate. Same as the poster, I have already long completed The Only Cure and the only response I get from the afflicted is "Need something?" The save is here for reference. I have a few mods in, but nothing particularly crazy. Load order below. It doesn't seem to be the cause. If anyone has any thoughts, let me know! I'll post more info if I finally figure out the cause of this, whether it's an errant mod or some other issue. garthand
Oddly enough, the first Afflicted Refugee I encountered was after I had completed Peryite's quest. Since then, I'm seeing them on nearly every WI encoutner. I wonder what's triggering them so frequently?

Arthmoor
I don't see how this could be possible at all given what the event conditions are set for now that it's been fixed.
