[Skyrim] Arngeir's Word Of Power quests

So now have Arngeir told me that there is only silence and perhaps later they'll hear a tone of a lost word.  According to UESP Dead Crone Rock is one of those locations Arngeir can send the player to.

 

However that never happen not in my game and every time this happen Arngeir never sent me to Dead Crone Rock south west of Markath or to Forelhost south est of Riften.

 

I also wonder if anyone have been sent to Dead Crone Rock to Forelhost when doing the Word Of Power quest and not a "Letter from a Friend" quest?

 

 

It's also worth noted that even the Shroud Hearth Barrow is one of the locations Arngeir can send you to, but in order to finish Arngeir's Word Of Power quest the word wall is indirectly quest locked meaning you must complete this quest before you can complete since the dragon claw used in Shroud Hearth Barrow are the actual reward for finish the misc quest.
