Help required for acronyms meaning

Hi,

I recently purchased the Falkland Systems Ship Services creation and I have in mind to translate it in my native language (french).

I'm rather fluent in english and I didn't encounter any difficulty, at the exception of a few acronyms used in the company messaging system that even an AI translator couldn't manage and kept 'as is'. I'll post them here and ask for help to you, english speakers, as they may sound familiar to your ears.

Falkland Systems is a ship seller, and designs different ship parts and hab modules. Here are, in context, situations where these acronyms are used:

The final licensing contract just landed on my desk this morning. Aside from Nova Galactic, who's parts will be supplied by NA ship services, we've managed to negotiate a supply deal and LTU terms with the other ship manufacturers, Dogstar, Nautilus and Ballistic.

Our sales commission rates are as follows:

10% - Deimos
12% - Stroud Eklund
08% - HopeTech
06% - Taiyo
10% - Dogstar
10% - Nautilus
08% - Ballistic

The vendors have agreed to manufacture parts on site with our patented premium alloy at an additional cost to Falkland and we are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. We were also able to negotiate the removal of corporate branding from all supplied parts on the condition that we do not rebrand any vendor's IP using the Falkland name or logo. We are allowed to repaint parts in our trademarked orange and gray livery and apply our chrome electroplate finish. We must also list all parts in our sales catalogue using their respective manufacturer's branding.

We did our best to get the Falkland brand included in the deal, but it's a no go on the logo. Either way, getting all these contracts in is a huge load off all our backs and from an operational standpoint we can officially hit the market now.

To all representatives on duty,

We've reacquired a number of used older model A and B class Swifts that were built with OPM parts before we started chrome electroplating. Rather than scrap these models for parts, we've decided to start a used ship program and offer them up for sale at a dramatically reduced price (at least compared to a brand new Swift anyway). Some of these models, particularly our A class, have significant "mileage" and need a tremendous amount of upgrades and we understand these will be much harder to sell. Our detailing teams have done a PHENOMENAL job restoring the interiors, so try to use this as a selling point. We put our full faith in all of you to get these models sold and we know you can do it!

Given the context of where "GC" is used I'd say that stands for "General Counsel" since it's dealing with licensing terms for the contract.

With that in mind, LTU likely means "License To Use".
