Hello, About a year ago, I was able to download the files from the creation club on this page, which included armor, weapons, etc. Were they deleted?   :(

That isn't something that would ever have been available here as hosting official Creation Club content would be a copyright violation. You need to get those through Steam by validating your game contents, or by using the in-game Creations menu to get the files.
