Wrye Bash error not working

[OMAAD]

I tried getting into the modding of the original Oblivion but when I download Wrye bash i don't find it in anywhere in my pc so I ordered it to open on inastillation and it showed me this message:

So what should I do?

Check the downloaded wryebash installation file by right-clicking the file in the download folder and choosing properties. 

Look at the bottom of the property sheet, in the attribute\security section. If it shows unblock with a box, click the box and apply\ok. That should tell Windows Defender and Windows 10\11 to trust it. 

Reinstall\replace the app using that file.  Also try running wrybash as an admin.  

I think that hidden downloaded files block is part of "smart-screening" of defender and silently will block the application or files with it from being read or access to user or system files and downloaded-not-certified-apps will fail. Big pain with Mount & blade modding too.
