Guillaume DeGarmo and George Saint-George in wrong locations

Guillaume dialogue says "I work out of the Valberg building." His natural coffee location would be TerraBrew Commercial. But his REF is inexplicably at TerraBrew Spaceport. His conversations are with Johann Baptiste and Wen Tseng, both in the Commercial District. They don't run, because he's never anywhere near them.

George wanders TerraBrew Commercial during the day, and Jemison Merchantile at night. But his only conversation is with the female TerraBrew Spaceport employee, so it never runs.

My guess is Bethesda swapped them, probably a simple click error. But could be the dialogue was written earlier, then somebody decided to change without re-recording the dialogue, and fixing all the links.

I'd recommend swapping the REFs, so the NCPs consistently stay near their expliclt dialogue locations day and night, and these NPCs (who quest dialogue says won't talk to each other) don't cross paths, and their Gem Jealousy quest makes sense.

Should mention tested changing to the male TerraBrew Commercial employee, and it won't work, as this is recorded only in the female voice.
