error: Splashscreen deleted

Strange... never had this happen before.  I was simply uninstalling a bunch of simple texture mods for clothing under the installers tab when I accidently clicked to close wrye bash.  When I clicked to open it again I got this error message.  I was instructed to send this to you, here at afkmods... so,  here it is.  

Me? ... I'm just going to re-install WB from scratch and call it a day.   Have fun!  ^_^  And, Thanks for all you do!
