telsono Posted July 14 Posted July 14 In the past week, I had a hard time getting into your site. It seems it doesn't like my VPN. Is there a solution to this besides my shutting off my VPN?
Arthmoor Posted July 14 Posted July 14 How does it not like your VPN? I know that the package we're using has some VPN detection built in but I'm not sure how it works and there's nothing in the ACP to adjust that.

I shut off the VPN and can go straight in.
Arthmoor Posted July 15 Posted July 15 Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that if your VPN is not negotiating the connection properly. This sounds like something you need to take up with Aura.
