Voice file patching?

Do we even have the ability to edit voice files for patching?

COM_Barrett_QuestEvent_MQ104A -- When Barrett was present at the initial Temple encounter, and has already given a like: the words "fill me in" and "I heard you did" make no sense. Two bugs! Could be voice edits to "So.. What happened at the Temple." and "Then what happened? You... changed."

This can be fixed by cutting and splicing the voice files. We had somebody who could do that for Skyrim....
