    This is a somewhat simple modification to the Nehrim UI to include a progress bar for experience needed to level. As simple as Oblivion's corrupt interpretation of XML can be anyway. It was born of annoyance at seeing the message spammed to the HUD every 5 minutes telling me how much XP I had, how much I needed to level, and how many learning points I had. So I wanted something less distracting since that information is readily available in the learning book. This mod disables the status message that is normally displayed every 5 minutes and replaces it with a yellow bar on the HUD that grows as you get closer to leveling up.
