  1. Open Cities Patch Collection for Oblivion

The Open Cities Patch Collection for Oblivion

This is a collection of various patches made to provide compatibility between Open Cities (Classic or Reborn) and other mods. Most of these files have not been looked at in years, but they should still work since the Oblivion community is more or less in a stable state these days.
I cannot guarantee that they all still work as intended though, because who knows what's happened in the last 10 years (written in 2021). When each was last checked, they worked fine.
Some of these mods are no longer available on Nexus, ModDB, or any other site. This shouldn't be a problem if you already have a local copy stored, but do not ask me to upload a missing mod as that can ONLY be done with the original author's express permission.
Each mod patched is specified in the main archive folder. Within each one there may be a patch for OCC, OCR, or both. You'll need to refer to the individual readme files which have been included. Sorry, but the folder structure in this archive was never especially mod manager friendly so they'll need to be handled manually on an individual basis.
If someone wants to provide a working Wrye Bash wizard or an FOMOD installer, I'd be happy to include that to make things a bit easier.
I am no longer creating new patches so this collection will be all of the ones I provide.

  2. Verona House: Bloodlines - SI Version + Fixes

Verona House: Bloodlines - Arthmoor's Fixes
Verona House: Bloodlines is an extensive quest mod that takes place after the end of the main quest. It makes several additions to the game including a large town on the northwest portion of Lake Rumare.
During the course of my attempt to complete this quest, I ran into a number of small bugs which needed to be fixed in order to be able to progress. Generally in the AI packs and dialogue conditions, but there were also some broken scripts as well. It is important to bear in mind that this fixed version DOES NOT necessarily fix every last bug, just those that were keeping me from continuing based on what I was doing. There may yet be more to find as it's a complex mod with a lot of different elements to experience.
The meshes have all been run through PyFFI 2.1.7 to clear up any broken nodes and to optimize them at current levels. Jury is still out on whether they're all fixed or not, but so far there's nothing out of place.
The textures have all been checked for the proper compression formats to cut down on VRAM usage. Again, so far there appear to be no anomalies.
I've repackaged all of the loose files into a BSA since there's enough of them to warrant keeping things organized this way, including what portions of voiced dialogue there were. All of the assets in the BSA file are unique so there is no risk of a collision with the vanilla BSA archives.
Because the voice files all depend on the ESP name, I have not removed the version number from the filename. The version number in the filename is not the true version number for the mod. There are also a number of patches which depend on this being named the way it is, so it can't be fixed. The true version I started from was labeled as version 1.4, which appears to be a file version that's no longer available anywhere. I am fairly certain it cam from DTom's original website and *NOT* from the copy currently uploaded to TES Nexus. I have designated this one as version 1.5.
Full credit goes to DTom for the mod. All I did was fix what needed fixing. See his unaltered credits in the original Bloodlines.txt file for the rest. Please be aware that his original text references a lot of things that are no longer current. I have left the file in the last state he did in his original work.
This fix package only covers the Shivering Isles version of the mod. Sorry. I don't have time to go digging around to remove the SI elements, nor would I consider it. If you don't have SI, then DO NOT INSTALL this as you'll probably break something.
Now go have some fun and enjoy this mod! Despite the troubles, it's well worth playing.
    System Requirements
The install requirements are slightly altered over the original:
    * Official Oblivion Patch 1.2.0416.
    * Shivering Isles required.
OBSE is not required for this mod.
Elys' Silent Voice is recommended as I'm not entirely sure if there are silent dialogue files for the non-voiced lines.
    Load Order
This fixed version of the mod needs to load prior to any Unique Landscapes mods, as well as prior to any Open Cities mods or Better Cities mods. Use LOOT if you are unsure where to put it as LOOT has the current correct load order.
All patches for Unique Landscapes are obsolete with this version. If you are using them, you may now deactivate them and forget they ever happened.
All patches for Open Cities are obsolete with this version. Open Cities support is built-in now, which was one of the alterations DTom had previously approved of. You can now get rid of any Open Cities patches you are using with this.
If you're using Region Revive and/or AFK_Weye, you need to make sure this fits in like so:
    Region Revive - Lake Rumare.esp
    VHBloodlines 1.2.esp
    AFK_Weye.esp
    Rumare-AFK_Weye Patch.esp
Failure to set the proper order will result in land tearing in the Verona Bay town.

  3. Sounds of Skyrim - Complete Edition [MCM]

    Quoted from the original documentation:
This mod combines all of the SoS modules into one easy to use package and includes MCM support for those who use SkyUI-SE. For those who don't, the initial configuration is now handled through the use of a book for each module you can read to set things up. Some minor bugs have also been fixed along the way.

  4. Oakwood

A new village reviving an old town from TES:Arena.
Falkreath Hold has always seemed like a reasonably large place, but having only the Hearthfire home, a house taken over by bandits, and the burned out remains of Helgen hardly does it justice. Oakwood fleshes this out somewhat by placing a fishing and mining village on the shores of Lake Illinalta, just west of Lakeview Manor. This town once existed in TES:Arena but has not been mentioned since so there's nothing saying it wouldn't still be here. When combined with building the Hearthfire home at Lakeview Manor, it feels more like a larger town with a manor house at the head.

  5. Septim Texture Replacer

A user on the Nexus Forums pointed out a minor issue with the image on the gold coins used throughout the game. Most imperial dynasties made sure the current emperor's image was on the face of their coins and since the Empire in TES V is really not much different from a Roman dynasty, he wondered why they had not used Titus Mede's face. His thread can be found here: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/7650528-a-matter-that-was-never-adressed-tiber-septim-on-imperial-coins/
I made an inquiry about how easy this would be to address and the results are in - Titus Mede is now on the front of the Imperial currency. His image is based on his NPC record in the game data.
Unfortunately because the term "septims" is heavily used in a lot of spoke dialogue, this only replaces the texture on the coins but doesn't stop the people from continuing to call them Septims. Somehow this actually seems appropriate given the political climate in Skyrim in 4E 201.

  6. The Fall of Granite Hill

Granite Hill - Three Farms and an Inn, just North of the Falkreath. A Market is Held here Weekly. -- Survey of the Holdings of Jarl Gjalund
Granite Hill is mentioned in a few places in lore and existed prior to the 4th Era. However nothing remained of it in Skyrim by 4E 201 except the dragon mound where Vuljotnaak was buried in ancient times. All well and good, but with no explanation for what may have happened to the place it felt like a good enough opportunity to tell my own version of events here. With this mod, the 3 farms and the inn are back, but instead of the weekly market, the town has a blacksmith. Of course, that would not be much of a fate, would it? Granite Hill's fate is sealed from the moment Alduin burned down Helgen. Surely the beast and his newly resurrected allies didn't stop there...
    Features:
    * A fully working town prior to Alduin's return. 3 farms, an inn, and a blacksmith. Plus town guard patrols from Falkreath Hold.
    * Upon Vuljotnaak's resurrection by Alduin, the village will be in flames. This will last as long as the dragon is alive.
    * Following the dragon's death, the fires will go out but the town now lies in ruins, swallowed by the World Eater.

  7. Falkreath

A minor expansion for the city of Falkreath. Provides additional housing for 2 NPCs.
Like so many other towns in Skyrim, NPCs have been doubled up in housing or simply not given any at all and occupy space at the inn forever. Falkreath is already fairly large and space is limited, but there was enough available to provide homes for Kust and Valdr in a part of the city that wasn't occupied by anything other than trees.

  8. Wasteland Travel Caravans

This mod adds a network of travel caravans to the wasteland to connect the major settlements. The normal fast travel system is still available, however this mod caters to those who prefer to make their trips between major areas slightly more immersive. Travel service is relatively cheap, and the caravans are well protected. Each operator is in or near the main area of the settlement they serve and has one pack brahmin and one normal brahmin. So they should be easy enough to find.
The system behaves more or less the same way the Stilt Sriders in Morrowind did. You pay the operator and they take you to the destination you specify. No operator serves all destinations, so you will need to know which stops you need to make in between on the way to where you're going. Time will pass as though you used fast travel and should be fairly close to the actual game time fast travel would have used up.

  9. Incognito

A simple mod to remove all crime bounties when you change your face using the NPC in the Ragged Flagon.
So. You've changed your identity. How is it that the guards in each hold still know exactly who you are when you (in theory) don't even look the same anymore? Well now they won't. After having your face changed, crime bounties in every hold will be removed. You're on your honor though, since the script can't tell how extensive a change you make to your face.

  10. Arthmoor's Skyrim Villages - All In One

An all in one package for all of my villages released for Skyrim Legendary Edition.
This package contains all 11 of the village mods I have released for Skyrim in one single package. It's been a popular request for some time and since I am no longer doing mods for Legendary Edition it seemed like as good a time as any to put this package together.
The following villages are included: Darkwater Crossing, Dawnstar, Dragon Bridge, Helarchen Creek, Ivarstead, Karthwasten, Keld-Nar, Kynesgrove, Shor's Stone, Soljund's Sinkhole, and Whistling Mine.
Combine features of this package include:
    * Sondas Drenim will offer to share his house if married to you.
    * Derkeethus will offer to share his house if married to you, assuming you haven't recruited him into the Blades.
    * Dawnstar NPCs all have their own homes and will no longer live their lives in the mines.
    * Two NPCs in Helarchen Creek can be married and will share their homes with you.
    * Temba Wide-Arm will offer to share her house if married to you.
    * Bonus: Golldir now has a home as well and will return to it once his quest, "Ancestral Worship", is completed. He can be married at that point and you can move in with him if you wish.
    * Karthwasten NPCs all have their own homes now and will no longer crowd into a single barracks building.
    * Custom village of Kel-Nar in Eastmarch will all new NPCs, including a Dark Elf child.
    * Roggi Knot-Beard will share his house if married to you.
    * Dravynea will share her house if married to you.
    * Grelka will share her new house in Shor's Stone if married to you. She will also travel from the village back to Riften to run her shop during the week.
    * Shor's Stone has a new custom inn which is an Easter Egg from Elder Scrolls Online, with full rent support and their own bard.
    * Odfel's wrecked house now exists on the north side of Shor's Stone. So sad.
    * Perth can now share his house with you if you marry him.
    * Soljund's Sinkhole now has a Guard barracks for the guards to live in, with one extra patroller added due to the dangerous area. The jail is just for show, sorry
    * New housing for the miners who live in Whistling Mine. No more sleeping and eating in a freezing cave.
    * All added shopkeepers have investment support.
    * All added houses are radiant quest enabled, so you may get Companions missions and anything else that's properly configured to use NPC homes for quests.
    * LOD has been generated for every area, including trees that account for the changes.
    * Bug fixes and other updates that were applied to the SSE versions since December 2017 have also been added.

  11. Telengard

A hunting and fishing village on an island in the Sea of Ghosts.
Nords have always been spoken of as hearty and tolerant of the cold, but Skyrim has few instances where this is demonstrated. Plus there is a lot of implication that many spend a lot of time at sea hunting horkers and fishing but no reflection of this exists anywhere except one hut in the Skaal Village. This mod aims to change that a bit by offering an entire settlement dedicated to the task of hunting horkers, fishing, and raising goats and cattle for meat. There's plenty of meat and fish available for the taking on the island and now someone is there doing just that!
I also wanted to do something with the Skaal Village tileset and figured this would be a good opportunity to make use of it and some of their clothing. No, these Nords are not an offshoot of the Skaal, but they do share architecture and some clothing in common.
Old school (and I mean old) may recognize the name of the mod as an old Commodore 64 game by Avalon Hill (circa 1983). This mod serves as a bit of an homage to the game that first got me hooked on RPGs and on the idea of modding them as well. The village's name isn't the only Easter Egg you'll find either
    Features include:
    * Custom inn layout using Skaal Village architecture.
    * NPCs with complete schedules.
    * Military control changes based on who controls Winterhold.
    * All houses are radiant quest enabled, so you may get Companions missions and anything else that's properly configured to use NPC homes for quests.
    * LOD has been generated for the area.

  12. Rorikstead

"A Small Farmstead in the Western Plains. Grain, Leather, Horses." - Holdings of Jarl Gjalund.
Rorikstead is a farming village on the northwest end of Whiterun Hold. It has a rich history with a mention in an ancient book accounting for the property once owned by Jarl Gjaland, and a ballad is sung about the death of Ragnar the Red taking place there. Yet when you see the place in person it's a sad shadow of all of that history.
This mod aims to bring at least some of that back by expanding the village with more NPCs, houses to put them in, and additional farming for them to do. The town also now has a blacksmith to fulfill the complete picture.
    * Extra guard patrols and guard dogs added to help fend off wildlife and other threats.
    * Two of the new NPCs can be married if you help them with their crops and you can live in their houses with them if you so choose.
    * Lokir's abandoned house is included and can be claimed as a new home if you wish.
    * All added houses are radiant quest enabled, so you may get Companions missions and anything else that's properly configured to use NPC homes for quests.
    * Blacksmith allows investing in his shop with the appropriate Speech perk.
    * LOD has been generated for the area.

  14. Unique Landscapes: The Great Forest - Lush Woodlands

The Lush Woodlands adds many more trees to the Great Forest, east of Chorrol.  To match these green trees, the ground is now much more green, consisting of mostly grass and clover.  Also, the ground without this mod is very jagged, consisting of many ugly vertices that pop out of the ground, so the ground is made much smoother.  The ruin called "Lindai", directly east of Chorrol, now features a very, very detailed graveyard site, containing many tombstones located outside of the exit.  There's also added vertex shadows beneath the trees to further give the illusion of a dense forest with a thick tree canopy.  This shadow that is added comes with no performance hit, so that's taken advantage of.
So to sum it up, you get:
    -Many more trees.
    -Smoother ground.
    -More grassy and green ground.
    -Shadows beneath all the trees.
-A detailed graveyard site outside Lindai.

  15. Unique Landscapes: The Great Forest - Ancient Redwoods

This plugin adds a dense Redwood Forest to the Great Forest, south-east of Chorrol. Additionally there are Kodiak Bears who inhabit the area featuring advanced AI. There are even families of Kodiaks. You'll see an adult Kodiak protectively accompanying its cub or cubs. You can chase the cubs and they will play around, while the parents will keep a watchful eye on them, making sure they don't wander too far! The Kodiaks are all harmless to you, unless of course you attack them. The Kodiaks have a sleep schedule too. They'll find a suitable spot, and they'll sleep soundly unless you or an enemy is nearby. In fact, we've included snoring sounds when the Kodiaks sleep too! They will awake if you come to close, but if you're quiet enough, you'll be able to sneak around them without waking them from their sleep. They also have a keen interest in berries which you'll see the Kodiaks eating occasionally. A Kodiak Den is provided, with a Kodiak family nearby. You can even use the den as a home if you'd like. It features a soft mossy interior with a log that you can sit on, as well as sittable rocks along with a sleeping area. So you can nap on the soft moss!

Snowdale overhauls the Jerall Mountains around Bruma. It creates a rough, but beautiful snow landscape with cliffy mountain sides. At the east, an idyllic dale including an icy lake is surrounded by dense conifer wood. At some places, the civilization has left heavy signs: The wood around Bruma is lumbered at many places and in the mountains there are still remains of camps built in ancient wars.

  20. Unique Landscapes: Silverfish River Valley

This mod overhauls the Silverfish river, including the island of Fort Grief. The surrounding wood becomes thick fir forest full of broken rocks, with hidden paths and lost clearings. The river itself gets spiced up with a gorge-like area and a large waterfall called Stredria Falls. Above the falls, a large ruined memorial sits atop the hill and offers beautiful views of the valley. Existing content gets improved: Fort Arus gets enlarged, Cadlew chapel gains a graveyard and tomb, with far more obvious signs of necromantic activities, and the Imperial Bridge Inn is now easier to find, including a proper stable, a relaxing garden as well as an obvious clifftop path that leads to the end with proper signposting and pathway lanterns. Nenalata's exterior is changed into a much bigger and significant Ayleid ruin with an ancient Ayleid harbor and lighthouse. And finally, there will be additional landmarks like an abandoned ranger camp and the ruins of a very large Imperial fort called Fort Commadrius.

Unique Landscapes (short: UL) is based on the vision of a diversified and beautiful Cyrodiil. Imagine a world where exploring not only means to find new enemies and treasures but to enjoy gorgeous landscapes, a world where every step could lead to a new and unique visual experience. That is the Cyrodiil UL is working on.
To achieve a goal that huge, the UL project consists of multiple single mods. Each mod modifies a part of Cyrodiil, following a single theme. Usually UL mods get developed completely independently from each other. This way each modder has a maximum of freedom to work on his or her vision, so every UL mod gets its own style and contributes to the diversification of Cyrodiil.

  25. Unique Landscapes: Imperial Isle

The majesticness that is the Imperial Isle is finally brought to life through this Unique Landscape. City residents no longer have to leave the Isle in order to find naturally gorgeous scenery. Small shrines now dot the Isle, where travelers can rest and take in the view. Even the wildlife look better in this new environment...will make you think twice before slaughtering that venison for your next meal. Also, now that there is more foliage, you no longer think twice about where exactly that bird is that you heard, because it could be in any of the numerous new trees and bushes. The Cyrodiil Travelers' Guild lists the Imperial Isle as "One of the prettiest environments to visit", and also "Very convenient...just step outside the walls of the Imperial City, and you are there."
