Actually, Black Swan created this. He was a shooter, and hated the "Hold Your Breath" mechanic. Your heartbeat has a larger impact than your breathing.

This mod started as part of my Goodneighbor player home, and that is where you took the image. I see what you did there.

Truth be told, this is the work of three people. Grandad (Poorly Aged) did the original weapons caches. I combined it with the player home I had in Goodneighbor. Them Black Swan added water breathing and did the scripting necessary to make the Old World Blues pieces.

Imagine what it would take to get a family from Las Vegas to Southern Utah, on foot, in the midst of a war. Food, water, clothes, weapons, ammo ...
