My new Gek settlement on one of my favorite planets. Yeah, I know, I'm obsessed with naming stuff after TES locations. Jorunn's Stand is the base in the background, Darkwater Crossing is what I named the settlement, and it's on a planet I named Eastmarch. I may have a problem :P

I'm not sure exactly when this was taken, but it illustrates that at least some of the visual updates done to No Man's Sky over the years weren't all bad. It made my original base look 100 times more awesome.

Lately I've been soaking a lot of time into a space based survival game called "Empyrion - Galactic Survival". There's a lot of building of stuff, space combat, a rough story line to follow, and of course staying alive too. This is one of the locations I took over and then expanded with the landing pad you see in the middle - while I was waiting on Zirax drones to show up and attack. They're in for a rude awakening :P

The other half of the paired base in Eissentam. The "New" Labyrinthian. A very extensive network of caves and tunnels. Unfortunately this meant the original Labyrinthian base had to be deleted to recover more terrain editing space. I'm sure that old base is still up on one of their servers somewhere though!

Narzulbur is one half of a paired base somewhere in the Eissentam galaxy. A nice ancient ruin, lush climate, and an extensive system of caves. What could be better?

Horker Island

Found a nice little island to build yet another base on in the Eissentam Galaxy, which is loaded with lush worlds. I also managed to figure out how to trick the game to let me use foundation struts for the bridges instead of a massive pile of cuboid foundation parts that waste resources.

The Labyrinthian

After I spotted a cave near Fort Worthy Meade one day, I realized it's actually an extensive network of underground caves which I then connected with several tunnels. The shot of my landing pad doesn't begin to do this one justice.

It's close enough to the fort that both bases actually overlap each other a bit and are now meant to be enjoyed as a pair.
