Imagine you kill enemies here... and the dead bodies and the spill of blood and cracked bones... But yeah, I fear there must be enemies. Tasheni 1065 Posted December 2, 2022 Yes, they add a lot to the wilderness, that's also why I love this oak tree model. Most trees are too uniform in their shape, for my opinion. But nature doesn't grow uniform. Unfortunately the game was not made for such an amount of objects, so people with a weak computer can't play it, fps drops are heavyly in some places. My intention is to create an overall covered surrounding, where nature is not only the background, but represents the self awareness of the inhabitants. I used a lot of unique ground cover and static grass and flowers, but I guess the fps drops come from the animation of the leaves. When I got my "new" GTX 1080 I hope my computer will handle that better. And I will look for possibilities to optimize meshes and textures, but at the first place I will create an island that is purely eye candy Link to comment
