Skygazer Moons SSE - Masser and Secunda HD Textures - WITH GLOW by fadingsignal - 

Darker Nights by unforbidable (level 1 or 2 darkness, I forget) - 

There's another one I have my eye on for moons and darker nights can be set in ENB, although I generally like the game brighter all the time to aid my failing old eyes.  I do need to find a glare filter setting for direct sunlight and firelight.  My fairer skinned ladies can get washed out in harsh lighting.
