phatbassanchor 844 Posted October 12, 2021 Have you visited Rorikstead lately? No matter how harsh the winter, the crops that grow there never falter. Even when every other farm in the hold is barely scraping by, the harvest at Rorikstead is always bountiful. Is it good fortune? The blessings of the Divines? Who knows? The way our crops have been growing, Rorikstead must have the richest soil in the hold. It's true. For as long as I can remember our crops have always done well. I'm not sure whether it's the soil, the climate or the favor of the Divines, but we've never had a poor harvest. (It sounds like the work of daedra to me!) XRAT 81 Posted October 13, 2021 This place has mystified me for some time, i have often thought that the groundwork for another questline or story was placed there by Bethesda and then never implemented. Try as I might I cannot unearth anything despite having talked exhaustively to all npc's etc. It seems like magic, daedra as you say or who knows what is at work here. There are a ton of planned scenarios that never made the game, just weird remnants of those plans remaining as unsolved mysteries. Thanks to Arthmoor, there are a bunch of cut content quests and locations restored from within the game files. Yet, there is a ton more that never really left the drawing board. There could've easily been a whole other daedric quest surrounding Rorikstead and their mysterious bounty of bumper crops, You make a most excellent point here, X my friend!
