Vinces in Bravil

Vinces' default posting in Bravil. He replaces the normal guard that occupies that post, and the original guard reappears if he's reassigned or dies. All of his guard postings were chosen based on minimizing incompatibilities -- some guard captains have AI packages to find specific guards, and most posted guards are informed when their shift is over. Vinces replaces guards who were not targeted by the captains or fellow guards. Usually that means a castle posting, except here. Where he eventually is reassigned to is up to the player (or, if you prefer, you can let him pick).
