About This File

OVERVIEW - Have you ever been scrapping items at a settlement and run across a floor lamp without a lampshade? As anyone can clearly see, it has a light bulb screwed into the top of the post. It is right there in the .NIF for everyone to see; There is no conjecture about it. Yet, when you scrap this floor lamp, all that you get are two units of steel and one unit of... Glass? You don't get the light bulb. I'm sure there's some reasonable explanation for why they give you one measly unit of glass instead of the whole light bulb but it makes no sense; The light bulb is right there.

With this mod, now you get the entire light bulb when you scrap that lamp post. And not just any light bulb but a working light bulb and not a broken light bulb because... Dammit! Why not?! What... Giving you an entire light bulb makes scrapping a lamp post over-powered or something? Did playtesting feedback come back one day where players felt they got an unfair advantage for getting a light bulb instead of glass? I mean, when you scrap a light bulb you get one unit of glass and copper... Does getting copper make you over-powered early in the game?!! And if they were so bent-out-of-shape for giving you a light bulb that needs to be scrapped separately when it comes time to make something, why not just give you the one unit of copper that is missing from scrapping the lamppost?!

Anyway, now you get two units of steel and a light bulb for scrapping the floor lamp.

INSTALLATION - Place the .ESP where you would place all of your other mods.
